Wake Up Late Breakfast

I didn't get up until 7am yesterday (Friday).  What tha?  This meant I had to rush to get a breakfast and construct some sort of lunch.  I decided to go old school and do toast with jam and OJ.  This got me to thinking....I don't have a toaster. I love toast and make it often.  I told a friend this and she said, how do you make toast if you have no toaster?  Well, I am a broiling fool let me tell you.  Feast your eyes on my quick breakfast.
