Fast Collards and Chops

We were hungry and tired and needed something fast and easy.  I searched the freezer and came up with another saute.  It's always good to have that to fall back on.  So,  I had thin cut chops and frozen collards.  I'm going to give this a thumbs up.  Maybe next time I'll add a little spice to the greens with the addition of some red pepper flakes.
Thin cut chops seasoned and lighted dusted with wheat flour.
Frozen chopped collard greens, sliced onions, bouillon, seasonings.
Sliced Roma tomatoes

Saute onions, tomato and bouillon with a little canola oil.

Add collards and water and cover until greens are tender.
The end result.
