Lazy Day Breakfast

It was a hot and lazy morning.  For a change, our only plan for the day was doing much of nothing.  I got up early to take the dogs on a much needed walk (too hot lately for our regular exercise) and then showered.  I decided I would have a nice colorful breakfast and finally break into the juicy and oh so tempting watermelon in the fridge.  It was delicious!  Probably the best watermelon I've had in a couple of years.  Even the strawberries were sweet.  I added the egg white omelet with a little bit of Havarti cheese and some toasted and lightly buttered french bread.  After  adding some tea with cream and OJ, I was a happy camper!  I will have to remember to have this breakfast again.
