We were hungry and tired and needed something fast and easy. I searched the freezer and came up with another saute. It's always good to have that to fall back on. So, I had thin cut chops and frozen collards. I'm going to give this a thumbs up. Maybe next time I'll add a little spice to the greens with the addition of some red pepper flakes.
